IT IS RUMORED that this is the very same speed head that Flash Gordon used to power his rocket thrusters for his exciting trip to Mars in 1932. On return to earth the enthusiastic crowd overran the space station and the Rocket 428 was purloined from the engine room and forgotten until now.  While going through stacks of old musty " Space Agency" secret blue prints, Charlie Yapp found what he was looking for.  . . . .
And here it is . . .  Because you and I want to have more fun than the other guys!
NEWS: 5/27/2020: A sample Rocket has been cast and sent to the machine shop for CNC programming. I received a couple images of the laser scan results and all things were spot on.  It appears that the casting and machining  process will be completely successful.  I still need some quotes before we start in earnest.  When that is all settled I will begin the DEPOSIT process in a few days. . . . . .Total pricing has yet to be finalized. . . . . It will be posted here ASAP.
Delivery time frame TBD.
NEWS 5/12/2020:  The Rocket 428 head tooling was received at the foundry yesterday. Gates and vents are being designed for its first test casting. Machine quotes have been requested.

There will be an advance deposit on each head ordered. We will soon be sending out invoices for each order after we have firm total price.
ONLY the deposit is required. Balance will be due about 30 days before shipping. . . Total price has not been determined.
NEWS 5/5/2020: The final CAD drawings have been approved and the mold is being "cut"  today (Tuesday) and is expected to be at the foundry by Thursday. Several cores have been made for test castings, which can be involved.  .  To get on the list send your contact info to me (Charlie Yapp) at  [email protected]
